OS Builds Property Assessment Practice

OS is pleased to announce the addition of Joseph Alva, Ph.D., to our staff of project managers and development advisors.  Dr. Alva will lead the firm's efforts in the growing area of property conditions assessment. As such, he will bring technical skills, tools and processes to the evaluation of existing structures in the commercial, institutional and public sectors as well as the development of budgets for improvement, preventative maintenance plans and life cycle cost analysis. We welcome the addition of Joseph to our staff.
